PREMIUM PACKAGE

Site Fee – Monday-Thursday $3,00, Friday and Saturday $4,000, Sunday $3,500 (plus tax on package)

Site fee includes seating up to 100 guests. For outdoor receptions, additional guests may be added for a charge of $10.00 per person (150 max).

Package includes:

  • Day of coordinator 1 hour rehearsal (Date set 30 days prior to event)
  • Ceremony set up
  • Dinner and Bistro tables and chairs set up
  • Tablecloths provided
  • Use of 2 private bridal rooms (available 2 hours before event for Bridal party preparations)
  • Use of full property for 3 days
  • PVCC staff member to monitor bathroom and venue cleanliness during the event.
  • Any in-house decorations included with package
  • 1 hour of clean up after event
  • Reception set up and catering choices for buffet style or plated dinner. (We can coordinate with the caterer of your choice or have preferred caterers we can recommend. This is a dry venue. The only exception is wine or champagne may be served only by a licensed and insured mobile bar company or our preferred bar company/caterers. No open bar or hard alcohol allowed.)

DIY PRO PACKAGE

Site Fee- Monday-Thursday $2,000, Friday and Saturday $3,000, Sunday $2,500 (plus tax on package)

This is a DIY decorating/set-up package, made to fit your budget without all the extras. Includes site fee, dinner and bistro tables and chairs, two private bridal rooms and use of the property for 2 days. PVCC Staff does not set-up or clean-up decorations, unless added separately. PVCC Staff is on site for table and chair placement, cleaning of bathrooms and garbage during the event. One hour of clean-up after the event is included in this package. Linens and decor can be added to this package. Contact us for pricing.

LUNCHEON WEDDING PACKAGE

Site Fee- Saturday or Sunday only $2,000 plus tax

Includes up to 100 guests from 10am until 2pm. Includes 1 hour rehearsal, private bridal room, use of full property, buffet style dinner set up (rectangular tables), round guest tables, linens (black, white or beige), chairs, Day of Coordinator and one hour of clean up. Decor available at an upgraded fee.

CEREMONY ONLY – TWO HOUR PACKAGE

Site Fee- $1,500 plus tax

For our clients who want to keep it short and sweet. Timeframes available- Saturday or Sunday 11am-1pm, Monday-Friday 5-7pm

Time frame is not negotiable.

Includes up to 100 guests. Package includes coordinating, 1 hour rehearsal, 1 private bridal room, 1 hour of clean up, and chairs.

Classes & Workshop Hosting

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to reserve a date, 20% down payment must be received electronically (via website or CashApp) and rental agreement must be signed and submitted. Final payment must be received in full 30 days prior to the event.

Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to the event for a full refund of the deposit. Any cancellations made after the 60 day period receive 50% of the deposit back. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the event receive no refund of the deposit.
